Onion (51%), Sugar, Balsamic vinegar (Wine vinegar, Grape must, Colour: SULPHITE ammonia caramel, Preservative: (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Muscovado sugar, Rapeseed oil, Spices, Concentrated lemon juice, Garlic powder, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Salt.

Sweet Apple Chutney:
Bramley apple (30%), Sugar, Cider vinegar, Gelling agent: Fruit pectin, Muscovado sugar, Sultanas, Dried onion flakes, Salt, Spices, Acidity regulator: Citric acid.

Farmhouse Pork Pâté with Pork Liver & Mustard:
Pork liver (39%), Pork fat (30%), Pork rind (14%), Water, Mustard (5%) (Water, Alcohol vinegar, MUSTARD seeds, Salt, Acid: Citric acid, Flavouring, Preservative: Potassium METABISULPHITE, Turmeric), WHEAT flour, EGGS, Salt, Flavouring, Dextrose, Spices, Herbs, Onion, Garlic.

Duck & French Brandy Pâté with Pork & Chicken Liver:
Chicken liver (25%), Pork fat (22%), Duck meat (20%), Pork rind (11%), Pork meat (9%), Water, Armagnac (2%), Salt, Natural flavouring.

Wild Boar & Merlot Pâté with Pork and Chicken Liver:
Chicken liver (26%), Wild boar meat (24.8%), Pork fat (14%), Pork meat (13%), Merlot red wine (7%), Pork rind (4%), Lactose (from MILK), MILK protein, Blueberries, Salt, Cognac, Natural flavouring, Spices, Herbs.

Juicy Redcurrant Jelly:
Sugar, Redcurrant juice from concentrate, Gelling agent: Fruit pectin, Acidity regulator: Citric acid.

Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
