Firstly, we want to thank all our customers for their support. These are strange and unprecedented times we are facing. 

Our Garden Centre and Café is open. Please use the Track and Trace QR code. Hand sanitiser is provided before entering our cafe.


In line with Government guidelines, a face mask or covering is required to shop in our Garden Centre or to enter our cafe. Once sat at a table, face masks may be removed. 
‚ÄčOur staff will also be wearing masks or face coverings where possible.

Please stay 2m apart from people outside your shopping group and follow our social distancing rules. 

To ensure everyone’s safety at this difficult time we have had to implement some changes to our normal trading procedures.
We realise that these changes to adhere to social distancing will make the shopping experience less relaxed and different from before.
 

We ask for your patience and support with this.



Below are our shopping guidelines:
 

We are restricting the number of customers in store to ensure a 2-metre space between everyone.
 

We ask where possible family members shop together.
 

For your and our staff member’s safety, we ask that where possible all purchases are made by card. The contactless payment limit is £45.
 

Some pathways are one-way to ensure everyone’s safety please follow our staff’s guidance at all times.
 

We will review our procedures on a daily basis to make your shopping experience with us as safe and simple as possible.
 

This is a TOUCH LESS store: Pick up only what you intend to buy.
 

Please be respectful of the 2 metre rule between you and our staff who are here to help.

 

Our tills will operate under the new guidelines below:
 

Please park your trolley at the till and step back behind the line.
 

Your till operator will then scan the items in your trolley.
 

When asked you can then step forward to pay by card. 
 

Contactless payments (up to £45) are preferred where possible.
