we have been overwhelmed with calls and emails for orders.
None of us expected 2020 to go down this path, we are grateful you continue to shop with us.

Firstly, we want to thank all our customers for their support. These are strange and unprecedented times we are facing.
We are pleased to be able to open our store on Wednesday the 13th of May.
Our opening times will be 10am - 4pm.
We are operating shorter hours so that we are able to do essential maintenance jobs.
Please note our café remains closed.
To ensure everyone’s safety at this difficult time we have had to implement some changes to our normal trading procedures. We realise that these changes to adhere to social distancing will make the shopping experience less relaxed and different from before.
We ask for your patience and support with this. As we have a queueing system in place we would ask that you keep browsing time to a minimum.
Below are our new shopping guidelines:
We are restricting the number of customers in store to ensure a 2-metre space between everyone.
JUMP THE QUEUE: NHS, CARERS and BLUE LIGHT CARD HOLDERS have priority entry, all day every day. (You must have your ID)
To ensure we have an accurate count of customers in store, we will give you a trolley on entering. Please keep this trolley with you until you leave whether or not you intend to make a purchase, even if this is for a packet of seeds.
We ask where possible only two family members aged 16 or over shop together.
For your and our staff member’s safety, we ask that where possible all purchases are made by card. The contactless payment limit is £45.
Some pathways are one-way to ensure everyone’s safety please follow our staff’s guidance at all times.
We will review our procedures on a daily basis to make your shopping experience with us as safe and simple as possible.
This is a TOUCH LESS store: Pick up only what you intend to buy.
There will be restricted access to the furniture department, all furniture can be viewed and purchased online.
Only need compost? We will have someone stationed in our car park to take payment.
Customer information points in-store set up to retain social distancing for staff and customers.
Please be respectful of the 2 metre rule between you and our staff who are here to help.
In order to reduce customer numbers on any given day, we have extended our Senior Citizen 10% discount day to both Tuesday and Wednesday.
Our tills will operate under the new guidelines below:
Please park your trolley at the till and step back behind the line.
Your till operator will then scan the items in your trolley.
When asked you can then step forward to pay by card.
Contactless payments (up to £45) are preferred where possible.
All phone orders have been temporarily suspended to help our team to operate the Garden Centre. We will let you know when they open again.

Our staff will be able not only to take your order but able to advise on the best plants and products for your garden.
We are happy to offer guidance on any gardening products you may need.
We can take phone orders Wednesday and Thursday only between 9.30am - 4pm.
Safeguarding our staff is a priority for us, so we only have a handful of staff in our centre at any time.
Please bear with us if lines are busy, we will do our best to speak to everyone.
We can not order stock in as a number of our suppliers have now closed due to COVID-19 and the Government guidelines.
If there are particular plants you are after, please call us and we will let you know what we have in stock.
We are very mindful that new lockdown regulations may come in to place at a moments notice.
We are trying not to book too far in advance for deliveries. We are working on booking deliveries up to 10 days in advance.
Once all delivery slots are full you may be asked to call back on a certain day so we can book you in to new delivery slots.

Delivery charges apply. A minimum spend of £20 is required before delivery.
