Delivery Information

We are proud to be an independent business. 

Due to the nature of our business, we only deliver in certain areas. We will always endeavour to deliver to our customers within five working days, and we will contact you to confirm a delivery day. 

Our normal delivery charge is £5.95 per order.

There is no delivery charge if your order value is £100 and over.

Please note that certain items incur delivery charges regardless of how much is spent. These are clearly marked on our web-shop. Compost and gravel items have a sliding scale due to the weight and bulk of the items and are exempt from free delivery. Patio sets have a delivery charge of £25 and are exempt from free delivery.

Click and collect

For our customers ease and safety, we also offer an extremely convenient Click and Collect service.

We have a carefully selected range of great products available for Click & Collect and we’re also adding products regularly to this range.

Shop online, fill your basket with all of the items you require, then at checkout, choose the click and collect option.

We will then contact you to let you know when your item is ready and you can then come into store to pick it up. It really is that simple!

At present, please be reminded that there is a minimum basket spend of £15 for all Click & Collect orders.

Simply arrive at the garden centre and follow the signage to our click and collect area.

For your piece of mind, please know that our team members are adhering to all social distancing guidance and will keep a safe distance when loading orders into your car. We also have all Covid-19 guidelines in place including regular hand washing and mask wearing.

To help protect you from fraud we will not release an order without confirmation of the order number and seeing the ID associated with the order.

We hope you’re happy with your order. However, if you do change your mind or are unhappy with any items, they will please need to be returned to store with a copy of your order confirmation email.

Returns: Unwanted or unsuitable goods

In accordance with your statutory rights, goods bought on-line may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns which is your confirmation purchase email. 

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected] We will reply to you within two working days. 

The Item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. This excludes any delivery charges, special orders, or made-to-order items, as well as gift cards, perishable food items, books, and earrings. Where unwanted or unsuitable goods have to be collected we will charge a collection charge equal to the delivery charge.

Returns: Faulty products

Faulty products may be returned in accordance with your legal rights. You do not need the original receipt but you must provide proof of purchase. Where we have delivered the item please inform us as soon as possible of the defect. In the first instance we will contact you to assess the problem and perhaps arrange a visit if necessary.
