Orange with Stem Ginger
We created this thick cut recipe by combining juicy Spanish oranges with warming stem ginger for a beautifully balanced flavour. Great for spreading over hot cross buns, add fabulous flavour to salad dressings or as a glaze for roasted salmon.

Sugar, Seville oranges (34%), Stem ginger in syrup (9%) (Stem ginger (48%), Sugar, Water), Muscovado sugar, Lemons (5%), Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Concentrated lemon juice, Ground ginger.
